Zenlayer is reinforcing its presence in Russia as an important part of its global backbone and overall network strategy. Its three Moscow Points-of-Presence (PoPs) would be a testament to Zenlayer’s ongoing investment in the region.

Russian data center operator IXcellerate was selected as partner of choice by Zenlayer as a result of extensive market research and evaluation, as well as for the presence of the independent Internet exchange platform in the data center, Eurasia Peering IX.

“With IXcellerate, we found a trustworthy IT partner whom we can rely on when implementing our plans in Russia, and who has clearly demonstrated its advantages during the installation phase,” said Joe Zhu, Founder and CEO of Zenlayer. “We greatly appreciate the presence of a dedicated APAC team and IXcellerate’s expertise in working with clients from Asia. Russia’s cloud services’ growth rates are significantly above global average, and we see great potential to connect its underserved areas and fast-track global connectivity.”
