Swedish Internet Foundation, the group that runs Sweden’s .se top level domain, has invested in domain name company According to a press release on its site, the foundation’s investment is for “up to 20 percent” of the company. Other transaction details were not disclosed. is a domain name technology and consulting company focused primarily on analytics and security for registrars and registries. For example, registries use its services to root out potentially problematic domain names.

Swedish Internet Foundation, a public-benefit organization, made its investment to help improve the security of the internet. In a release, CEO Carl Piva said:
